Giraffes for breakfast???

One Thursday in January we had a unique breakfast as a family.  We had breakfast at the zoo!  We started off with a light breakfast along with some crafts for Kara followed by feeding the giraffes their breakfast.  I have to say, I didn't know how Kara would do when it came to feeding the giraffe, I anticipated her being excited but backing out at the last minute when it came time for her to actually feed the giraffes from her hand.  That spunky little girl proved me wrong and eagerly fed the giraffe from her hand, even wanting a second turn! Each one of us enjoyed the morning and cannot wait to do it again!
