Blazing through August 2016

August found the Nutt House adapting to life with Kara in kindergarten.  It'd be safe to say that a few tears were shed on the part of both Kara and Momma-Nutt that first kindergarten day.  While it has been a challenge not having our Karabear around all day she has been loving and thriving in the world of kindergarten.  Her time at school has opened the door to some very special one on one time between my favorite little man (aka Kaden) and myself while his big sister is at school.  We try to spend time together each week making cookies and having a special outing just the two of us.  The different nuances of his personality that I've been able to discover without the immediate influence of Kara has been intriguing.
Along with Kindergarten and mommy-son time August brought us back to a Nutthouse version of normalcy with dance practices, My Gym time, swim lessons and the like taking place.  Our lives truly are Nutt-y and the chaos never seems to end but we wouldn't trade our Nutt-y lives for any others...
