September 2016 brings Sixth Birthdays, Preschool and more!

September brought some special Nutt-y moments.  Kara celebrated her 6th birthday with a fairy garden birthday party with 15+ of her closest friends.  (thank heavens party years are only every other year!).  Kaden started preschool at Ms. Teddie's.  He too is thriving at school and loves going to Teddie's three times a week for school.  He even got a chance to bring home the class mascot, Carmel the bear one weekend where we enjoyed Carmel joining us on each adventure of the weekend, from the zoo to the store and so much more!  I will admit, the first day he was at school I sat on the couch and stared out the window for just about the entire 3 hour block.  Fortunately, volunteering at Sierra where Kara goes to school twice a week and using the third day to catch up on laundry, housework, errands, or my never ending to do list keeps me busy.
The Odysea Aquarium that the Nutt House has anxiously been awaiting the arrival of finally opened and after pulling Kara from school early for the day we were there opening day to explore all of the water creatures that are typically not found in sunny desert of Phoenix, Arizona.
September was a splendid month for the Nutt House and one we hope to never forget and treasure for alway1s
