July 2016 in a Nutt Shell

Once upon a time I was doing amazeballs updating the Nutt House blog every week and then summer happened and I was a couple months behind.  At that point, I was determined to catch up so in the midst of everything crazy with Kara starting Kindergarten and everything life was tossing at us I sat down and wrote what I will say was a very eloquent and descriptive recap of our summer.  Well, the computer Gods laughed at me and all of my hard work vanished into space.  After wallowing in a pit of despair I found I was now even further behind and life was moving forward at full steam and I could not seem to find the hours to sit down and catch up.
Fast forward a few more months and here we are.  Christmas is passed and the new year will be upon us in just a couple of days.  I am determined to get back on top of our blog and stay current in the new year.  The only way I've decided that can happen is if I recap each of the past few months in pictures as pictures are worth a thousand words and a pictorial update is better than no update.
The pictures may not offer much explanation, and I'm noticing are not in any specific chronological order within the month but this will have to do to catch us up.
So, without further ado, here is our July 2016...
July brought us summer vacation full of a national dance competition where even at Nationals Kara placed in the Top 11 *keep in mind she was 5, it was her first national competition and she was up against girls who were 8/9 years old!  We relished in some much needed vacation time in Sunny St. George with Grandpa and Grandma, treasured time in Salt Lake with Aunt Alicia and adored time in Tetonia with Grammy and Papa.
We thoroughly loved our vacation and as always found all of the time we had with family completely priceless and will always hold near to our hearts the love and memories our time with family brings.
